This is your opportunity to secure your place for the 2025–2026 school year before enrolment opens to the public. We are so excited to continue making music and memories with you!
VIP Enrolment Dates:
📅 April 22 – May 5, 2025 extended to May 6, 2025!

⭐ Annual enrolment fee WAIVED for VIP families ($45 value)
⭐ Entry into our VIP Draw for 2 free recital tickets (one entry per family)
All enrolments must be completed by May 6th to access these benefits!
📝 Important Note for All Current Families
During VIP Enrolment, all currently enrolled families are invited to book lessons and classes for any eligible family member for the 2025–2026 school year.
This includes:
✅ Students re-enrolling in their current program
✅ Students leveling up to a new program (e.g., Kindermusik ➔ Performing Artist Program)
✅ Students switching from private lessons-only to the Performing Artist Program
✅ Siblings or additional children enrolling for the first time
✅ Adult family members starting lessons
🎵 Age/Program Pathway:
- Ages 0–3: Kindermusik
- Ages 4–12: Performing Artist Program
- Ages 12+: Private lessons available
Private lessons for new students are only available for ages 12+ unless paired with a Performing Artist Program enrolment.
🧭 How to Enrol Based on Your Program
✨ Important:
- Lesson, ensemble and class placements are first come, first served.
- Early booking gives you the best chance to secure your preferred day, time, and Sparkler.
- Spaces are limited — once full, we cannot guarantee availability!
🎶 Kindermusik Families
- Action: Enrol directly into your preferred class using the VIP link provided.
- Note: Saturday classes are currently unavailable during VIP enrolment. If you are interested in Saturdays, you may join our priority waitlist.

🎵 Performing Artist Program Families
- Action 1: Enrol in your ensemble class using the VIP link provided.
- Action 2:
- If your child is in Explorers Preparatory, Explorers, or Dreamers and you wish to add a private lesson, complete the PAP Lesson Preferences Form.
- If your child is entering Players, a PAP Lesson is already included. Please complete the PAP Lesson Preferences Form to submit your scheduling preferences.

🎹 Lesson-Only Students
- Action: Complete the Lesson-Only Enrolment Form.
- This will collect your instrument, day/time preferences, instructor preference, and confirm your membership selection (Artist or Studio Membership).
- Private lessons are available for:
- Students ages 12+
- Younger students who are continuing in private lessons from prior years
- If you plan to switch to the Performing Artist Program, please indicate this on the form.
🎵 Membership Options for Lesson-Only Students
If you are enrolling in private lessons without a Performing Artist Program ensemble (students ages 12+ or continuing younger students), please review your membership options:

Note:
- Artist Members will receive booking credits for event participation (no additional fees for performances).
- Studio Members may choose to participate in performances individually for $40 per event.

📑 Terms and Conditions
Acceptance of the Sing Music Studio Terms and Conditions is required to complete and maintain enrolment.
- Families enrolling in Kindermusik classes or Performing Artist Program ensembles will review and accept Terms at the time of booking.
- Lesson students (Lesson-Only and PAP Lesson) will accept Terms once their lesson times are assigned.
- Terms must be accepted within 7 days of enrolment to secure your space.
- Enrolment is conditional on full acceptance of Terms.
- Once accepted, Terms remain in effect for the full school year.
If Terms are not accepted within 7 days, enrolment will be withdrawn and the first month’s tuition will be forfeited.
💳 Payment Requirements:
First month’s tuition (September) will be charged at the time of booking to reserve your space during VIP Enrolment. No additional monthly tuition will be billed until October.
