A Musical Adventure Awaits!
In Stage 2 of our Performing Artist Program, Dreamers (student in grade 3 or 4) embark on a dynamic and creative musical journey. Whether building on prior experience or starting fresh, this program invites students to explore multiple genres, band instruments, and singing, experiment with music technology, and develop performance skills in a supportive and engaging environment.
Choosing the Right Dreamers Experience
Your family can choose the path that best supports your child’s musical growth:
- Option 1: Ensemble Group Experience – Join the group class to explore band instruments, singing, and collaborative music-making while building confidence and creativity.
- Option 2: Ensemble Group Experience + Lesson Upgrade | 30min – Add a 30 minute private lesson for individualized learning on your child’s instrument of choice, enriching their group experience and deepening their skills.
- Option 3: Ensemble Group Experience + Lesson Upgrade | 45min – Add a 45 minute private lesson for individualized learning on your child’s instrument of choice, enriching their group experience and deepening their skills. Recommended for voice or guitar.
While students may begin with the ensemble-only experience, we strongly recommend adding a private lesson to support skill development and ensure a successful transition into our Players (band) level. Lesson experience becomes increasingly important as students progress through the program.
Included in Dreamers:
- Ensemble Group Experience (Option 1): 1 regularly scheduled 45-minute group class that introduces students to band instruments such as drumset, keyboard, guitar, and singing while building on musical concepts, developing performance skills, and exploring music technology.
- Ensemble Group Experience + Lesson Upgrade (Option 2 & 3): Everything in the Ensemble Group Experience plus 1 regularly scheduled private lesson in the instrument of your child’s choice.
Performance Opportunities:
Up to 7 performance experiences throughout the school year are included that are intentionally designed to build your child’s confidence in performance skills. Learn more

Beginner Dreamers Welcome!
No prior training is required. Dreamers is open to students of all experience levels. Whether your child is brand new to music or continuing from previous lessons, they will be supported in building the skills needed to grow and succeed.
For students who are new or still developing confidence on an instrument, pairing the program with a private lesson provides the strongest foundation and supports long-term success in our band levels.
For some students, starting with private lessons before joining a group setting can be a great way to build confidence and foundational skills. If you’re unsure of the best starting point, our team is happy to guide you.
