  • do not publish last names alongside photos or videos
  • do not pair student images with identifying personal information
  • use media in a respectful and appropriate way consistent with our studio values

Limitations

Due to the nature of our programs, we are not able to offer individual media opt-outs during classes, group activities, recitals, PAP production, or community events, as doing so would significantly limit participation and the experience for the individual and the group.

We will, however, never:

  • sell media
  • use images in a way that is harmful or inappropriate
  • disclose sensitive information alongside any media content

8. Children’s Privacy

We collect information about children only as provided by a parent or legal guardian for program placement, enrolment, and studio participation.
