NEW! Termed Vocal Sessions Coming this fall…
Ignite your spark and discover your confidence! Singing together in a group provides a safe, supportive setting for young people to experiment with and find their own unique voice.
These new 7 and 8 week group vocal sessions include performance opportunities and Sing Music Studio swag! There are no enrollment fees associated with these classes and they are open to both currently enrolled students and new students.
Ages 8 and up
7 weeks of rehearsals on Mondays, Sept 9 – Oct 28 from 7:10-7:55pm
- Learn and perform spooooky Hallowe’en themed songs
- Live performance at the Hallowe’en in the Village event on Oct 26/24
- Participation in live performances at our in-studio Hallowe’en Showcases on Tues Oct 29 and/or Wed Oct 30
- Includes Sing Music Studio branded Hallowe’en swag!
Ages 8 and up
7 weeks of rehearsals on Mondays, Nov 4 – Dec 16 from 7:10-7:55pm
- Learn and perform cheerful holiday songs
- Live performance at the Christmas in the Village event on Nov 28
- Video performance recorded during holiday performance week
- Includes Sing Music Studio branded holiday swag!
Ages 10 and up
Project Vox is an incredible 8 week music video project unlike anything else! Learn to sing, arrange and record vocal tracks in a studio like setting. Be an integral part of your production crew, learning to set up and use a green screen, lighting and video recording. You’ll get a super easy to use crash course in basic audio recording and video editing software and lots of great tips and tricks to help you make your own amazing music videos in the future. All Project Vox students will :
- Participate in putting together the musical arrangement
- Record audio tracks in a studio like setting
- Learn performance skills like lip syncing & creative movement
- Group brainstorming and production storyboarding
- Active involvement in audio mixing and editing of the final video
- Participate in a live performance
- Concludes with a Wrap Party on the final day
- Includes USB key of the video performance
- Final videos will be shown at the end of year recital
Project Vox Winter Session – Mondays, January 6th to March 3rd from 7:10-7:55pm
- Winter session includes a live performance at in the in-studio Ignite the Spark Showcase attended by fellow students
Project Vox Spring Session – Mondays, April 14th to June 16th from 7:10-7:55pm
- Spring session includes a live performance in the Spring Recital attended by peers, family & friends
